Actuarial data are issued prior to the contract change date for the given county / commodity program. In some cases, multiple contract change dates exist for a single commodity across the United States.

Maps viewed or printed for commodity programs with multiple contract change dates will display only those counties where the contract change date has been reached and actuarial data has been released.
